Stretched Thin

Let’s say you have an event you’ve been planning all year. You have the big auditorium, you’ve filled it with big tables and the good chairs. There are tulle bows on each of them and layers of beautiful dishes. It seems like you’ve explained the order of utensils to each of your staff multiple times. The auditorium is unrecognizable as the place where kids play kickball. The massive curtains and ceiling drapery are perfectly placed. The in-house IT was even here briefly to get the fancy lights to work. Then you realize they aren’t there anymore. The guests are arriving and taking their seats and all you can hear is the awkward hum of desperate attempts at conversation. Something is wrong with the music and you go to the controls to find your staff fighting over what the fix is. You’re flexible, you’ve been doing this for years. It isn’t ideal but you’ll start with the video. You’re walking away and realize that needs sound too. You tell your staff to start working on getting the video up while the passive-aggressive girls continue to 'suggest' their solution in different ways.

You walk into the hall, hoping to find an IT guy. Little do you know, they’ve been called away to another building because someone opened an email they weren’t supposed to and a virus is getting into the servers. Looks like you’re going to have to be your own IT for the night.

InnodynTech has worked with schools and non-profits for a long time. This isn’t a fiction story I’ve created with my massive creativity. This is a story we hear all the time. Your IT technicians are specialized in the eccentricities that make your organization stand out. InnodynTech can take care of the things that are specialized to the IT industry to ensure your technicians are available for the moments specialized to your company.
